BENTOCARPET 5000 (Geosynthetic clay liner - GCL) is currently being used in the project of restoration of landfill for non-hazardous waste "Nemetin" (Croatia), by the main contractor, company EURCO d.d., from Vinkovci. As an effective waterproofing barrier, BENTOCARPET 5000 is being used for the construction of the sealing layer for landfill capping, with the aim of protection against the leakage of rainwater directly into the landfill body. The total area that will be covered is 50,000 m².
